Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanging product a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days after you get our parcel. 

Take photo of your incorrect item and indicate a point of damage. Send us back with your purchase order NO. to info@stuckonstupidshop.com

  • Promotional orders Sale or clearance products Non-exchangeable, non-refundable
  • Orders paid with Put it on lay-buy it cannot be cancelled. exchange or refund in any case because we've to store our product in each order will cause stock problems.

 

  • For changing product size. not Including shipping cost to send back to us and send out again. Import taxes or any taxes incurred on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Stuff that you return must be in its original (unworn/unused) or remove out tags.

 **We do not accept returned item if you do not send email to us within 7 days

We will contact the customer as soon as we know about the parcel before the parcel is return to us.
